§ Mr. KirkhopeWith the exception of the Falkland Islands and Gibraltar, citizens of British dependent territories seeking permanent entry into the United Kingdom must meet the requirements of the Immigration Rules (HC395). I have no plans to enable entry similar to that operated by France in respect of residents of French overseas departments.
