What overseas visits have been undertaken by members of the Royal College of Defence Studies during 1995 and what has been the cost to public funds of each such visit.

The overseas visits undertaken by members of the Royal College of Defence Studies during 1995 and the costs to public funds of each visit were as follows:

  1. (a) NATO/WEU visit 12-16 Jun 95. Cost £55,390.
  2. (b) Overseas Tours 15 Sep—15 Oct 95
  • North Europe (Russia, Finland, Germany, and Czech Republic). Cost £77,129.
  • South Europe (France, Italy, Malta and Bulgaria). Cost £53,602.
  • Far East (Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and Singapore). Cost £65,085.
  • Australasia (Australia, Indonesia and New Zealand). Cost £87,202.
  • South Asia (India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka). Cost £55,757.
  • Africa (Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya and Zimbabwe). Cost £64,367.
