§ Mr. Paice[holding answer 27 November 1995]: Statutes frequently contain provisions for the repeal of other provisions. I am not however aware of any provision in legislation promoted by the former Department for Education or the former Employment Department in the last five years which provides for future repeal or for future review by Parliament.
