§ Mr. Kynoch[holding answer 27 November 1995]: Following the forestry review, we asked the forestry Commission to strengthen the arrangements for protecting public access to woodlands which it sold. This included classifying the woodlands according to the level of existing public access. The new arrangements will be set out in revised access guidelines which will be published soon.
