§ Mr. Kynoch[holding answer 27 November 1995]: Regulation 28 of the Local Authorities etc. (Allowances) (Scotland) Regulations 1995 requires councils to publish annually details of payments—basic allowances, attendance allowances and special responsibility allowances—made to individual councillors.
