Whether the terms of the new supply and service agreement with HMSO will include annual subscription for obtaining the full text of Hansard on CD-ROM; and, if so, what will be the cost of the subscription.
§ The Chairman of Committees:The supply and service agreement provides for an annual review of charges and prices, which inter alia will set maximum prices to be charged to non-House of Lords purchasers of Lords published documents. The subscription prices for Lords Hansard CD-ROM 1994–95 was £500, subject to certain discounts. The subscription price for 1995–96 has not yet been determined.
