To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list for each district council area, county council area and for Wales as a whole the number of suicides recorded; and if he will express this number as a percentage of the overall population for(a) 1971, (b) 1981, (c) 1991 and (d) for each of the last available three years for which figures are available.
