§ Mr. KirkhopePremier Prison Services Ltd. is not responsible for the management of any immigration detention centre. However, people detained under immigration powers may be detained in Doncaster prison, which is managed by the company. Requirements as to the company's performance and staffing are set down in a management contract awarded by the Prison Service.
