§ Mrs. Angela KnightThe most reliable information on jobs in the dairy industry is available from the periodic censuses of employment. The census shows that there were 29,800 jobs in the dairy industry in Great Britain at September 1993. Estimates from the smaller labour force survey suggest a small increase between autumn 1994 and spring 1995.
