§ Sir Paul BeresfordI have been asked to reply.
Eighteen representations have been received by myself and colleagues at the former Department of Employment about various aspects of this Act since 1 January 1994. My Department has also received 71 responses to the consultative document issued by the Department of Employment on 27 April 1995 as part of a review of the Act. I am currently considering these responses.
