§ Mr. WattsDetails of the voting at the Transport Council were set out in my right hon. Friend's reply of 6 November to the hon. Member for Derbyshire, North-East (Mr. Barnes). Minutes of the Council meetings prior to a Council decision of 2 October 1995 on the release of such minutes were not routinely made public. However, the Council Secretariat has issued a press release reporting on the outcome of the Transport Council. I shall send a copy to the hon. Member.
