§ Mr. Soames[holding answer 3 November 1995]: The limits of the dockyard port of Portsmouth are defined at paragraph 3 of Statutory Instrument 1978 No. 1881, the Dockyard Port of Portsmouth Order 1978, a copy of which is found in the Library of the House. All navigation buoys located within the limits of the Portsmouth dockyard port area are the responsibility of the Queen's harbour master, Portsmouth.
§ Mr. FieldTo ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to his answer of 31 October,Official Report, column 165, if the Queen's harbour master charges light dues on the Navy's buoyage in the Solvent to merchant shipping. [41369]
