§ Mr. Watts[holding reply 30 October 1995]: There has been no unexpected delay. I hope to be in a position to award a contract for the first part of the remaining main carriageway, (Contract 1) around the turn of the year. Tenders for the second part (Contract 3) are yet to be sought.
