§ Mr. SackvilleSurgeons and other professional staff in hospital ear, nose and throat departments are available to answer questions and address the concerns of patients undergoing this treatment. The National Association of Laryngectomy Clubs also provides advice and has branches attached to a number of hospitals which specialise in laryngectomies.
