§ Sir Paul BeresfordUnder current plans, proposals for a tribunal will be included in the Government's legislative proposals to create a new access right to health and safety information. I cannot anticipate when parliamentary time will be available to create the new right, as I advised the hon. Member in Committee on 13 June.
