TaylorThe Lord Chancellor's Department's press office invited representatives of the media, including the legal correspondents of the broadsheet newspapers, to collect one copy each of the Green Paper on legal aid, embargoed for 16.00 on 17 May, from the Department's headquarters building at 11.15 on 17 May. Representatives of the Bar Council, the Law Society, the National Association of Citizen's Advice Bureaux, the National Consumer Council, the Law Centres' Federation, and the Legal Action Group received advance copies on the same basis. A copy of the Green Paper on legal aid was sent to the Consumers' Association by post on 17 May.
