§ Mr. SoamesLance Corporal Strong has never been imprisoned. He received treatment at the Queen Elizabeth military hospital Woolwich between February and June 1993; and prior to his medical discharge, in line with my Department's policy, he would have been given resettlement advice including information on how to make a claim for benefits.
