§ Mr. BowisArrangements were made at all the venues used for the regional conferences on local community care charters to allow attendance by disabled delegates. Disabled delegates were invited to contact the conference organisers to specify their needs. Conferences have been arranged at the following locations: Grand hotel, Broad street, Bristol; Wigan conference centre, Waterside drive, Swan Meadow road, Wigan; Civic centre, Newcastle-upon-Tyne; Hotel Russell, Russell square, London WC2 and Jarvis Grand hotel, Granby street, Leicester.
