§ Mr. Kynoch[holding answer 22 May 1995]: I understand that, during his tenure as a Minister, my predecessor was not advised of Dunbartonshire Enterprise's interest in acquiring Drumkinnon bay. 576W Officials of the Scottish Office Industry Department first became aware of that interest in early December 1994, although the matter was not formally referred to the Department.
