§ Mr. MossThe information was sought in order to obtain up-to-date and accurate pen pictures of members and senior staff of housing associations. Such information is already sought routinely by the Department from associations on an ad hoc basis. There is no link whatever between the personal details and performance. The provision of the information is entirely voluntary and will be treated as confidential.
