To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how many complaints were received by Argyll and Clyde health board in each year since 1980 until the latest year for which figures are available; and if he will make a statement. [24159]

There are no remaining facilities which the Argyll and Clyde health board either requires or intends to transfer to NHS trusts in its area.
