§ Mr. RedwoodMorriston NHS trust became operational on 1 April 1994; its board was completed in February 1995. No announcement was made.
The following trusts became operational on 1 April 1995: Cardiff Community Healthcare NHS trust; University Hospital of Wales Healthcare NHS trust; University Dental Hospital NHS trust; West Wales Ambulance NHS trust; and Glan-y-Mor NHS trust—shadow running until 1 April 1996 I have not yet announced the names of the non-executive directors.
