§ Mr. RedwoodThe Countryside Council for Wales was established on 5 November 1990 and assumed its full responsibilities on 1 April 1991. The financial management and policy review started on 5 April 1994. No other reviews of executive non-departmental bodies have been undertaken in a shorter timescale.
