§ Mr. RedwoodI have today appointed Nicola Davies QC to advise me, in the light of her examination of relevant papers held by the various agencies concerned, whether an inquiry is required and if so, the form that it should take and the issues to he addressed. I intend to publish her recommendations and her reasons for them.
