§ Mr. SackvilleThe Government's expenditure plans, published in the departmental report, Cm 2812, show that 273W total national health service income from charges and receipts is expected to be £1,470 million in 1995–96, comparable to 1993–94 outturn of £1,466 million. This is some £230 million more than the forecast outturn for 1994–95, although this is subject to revision at outturn—for example, to reflect late recording of some receipts.
