To ask the President of the Board of Trade whether, between December 1984 and August 1990, exporters were required to obtain end-user certificates for the export of goods, licensed under the Military List, to(a) Thailand, (b) Singapore, (c) Pakistan, (d) Portugal, (e) Cyprus and (f) Hong Kong.
