To ask the President of the Board of Trade when he expects to receive the report of the Director of Fair Trading on the activities of Inntrepreneur Estates Ltd. [22439]

I understand that the inquiry by the Director General of Fair Trading into discounts in the brewing industry is near to completion. I anticipate that he will then announce his conclusions as to whether there is a case for further action under the Fair Trading Act 1973.
