§ Mr. NelsonSpecial drawing rights 719 million was drawn under a first credit tranche stand-by arrangements approved in August 1992. Loans totalling SDR 2,156 billion were made in the form of purchases under the systemic transformation facility in July 1993 and April 1994.
The IMF board will shortly be considering a request from the Russian Federation for a stand-by arrangement equivalent to SDR 4,313.1 million.
