§ Mr. Gwilym JonesOn 25 January my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State at the Department of the Environment announced the publication of the United Kingdom's response to the United States Environmental Protection Agency's draft report on dioxins. Since publication the Department of the Environment have distributed copies to a wide range of interests. Other interested organisations in Wales can obtain copies on request either from the Welsh Office or from the Department of the Environment.
