§ Mr. JackThe Ministry's expected capital figures—as published in the statistical supplement to the "Financial Statement and Budget Report 1995–96 Cm 2821"—are £118 million for 1994–95 and £144 million for 1995–96. The 1994–95 figure includes net receipts of £22 million from local authorities, but there is no equivalent figure available for 1995–96 and the totals for the two years are not comparable.
