To ask the Secretary of State for Transport when the new guidelines for discretionary powers for purchase of off-line property which are contained in section 246(2A) of the Highways Act 1980 will be published following the review of the guidelines in the light of the Court of Appeal judgment in the case of a property near the proposed Cirencester bypass.
