§ Mr. Nicholas BakerOn 22 November my right hon. and learned Friend announced an extra £30 million over two years for new section 11 projects beginning in 1995–96. This means that the section 11 programme is supporting projects worth some £58 million. This is in addition to the £27 million of former section 11 projects continuing under the SRB, and in addition to SRB funded regeneration projects, 35 per cent. of which include initiatives specifically designed to benefit ethnic minorities. In all, this amounts to a sizeable and continuing Government commitment.
