Mr. McMaster

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make a statement on how the role of the new unitary authorities is likely to differ from their predecessor authorities in seeking and obtaining funds from the European regional development fund and European social fund; how the additionality rules will apply; and if he will make a statement. The role of the new unitary authorities will not differ from that of their predecessor authorities in seeking and obtaining funds from the European regional development fund and European social fund. The same additionality rules will apply.
