§ Mr. BoswellThe Department's plans for expenditure in the 1995–96 financial year on mandatory awards and on student loans are £2,095 million and £644 million respectively. The plans relate to expenditure for students domiciled in England and Wales; separate forecasts are not made for students from Wales.
