§ Mr. HeseltineThe Government published a full response to the recommendations of the Science and Technology Select Committee on the "Forward Look", in March 1995. In preparing the Government response, the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster had discussions with other Departments, including DTI, concerning the recommendations in their relevant areas of responsibility.
