To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what is his latest estimate of the amount of revenue from rents lost to Scottish Homes since Waverley court in Paisley was emptied of tenants; how this has been calculated; how much was spent by Scottish Homes on reports, development briefs, consultancies and other outgoings; what plans Scottish Homes has for the building; if he intends to take disciplinary action against any member of the board or management team of Scottish Homes for negligence or incompetence; and if he will make a statement.
