§ Lord James Douglas-Hamilton[holding answer 23 May 1995]: The structure of the Procurator Fiscal Service is described in the 1991 to 1994 annual reports of the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service. At the time of publication copies of the reports were sent to all Members of Parliament for Scottish constituencies, and copies have been placed in the Library of the House.
