Mr. John M. TaylorMy Department has already published the current Courts Charter on the citizens charter pages of the Government world wide web server and the revised version will be made available in September. General information about the Department, with extracts from its strategic plan, and a summary of the recent legal aid consultation paper will be published in the next month. The Court Service is planning to make a wide range of explanatory material on how to use the courts available on its own section of the server in the near future. The Public Trust Office is planning a feasibility study to consider use of this service in the next year.
