To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what arrangements he proposes to make for the reorganisation of fraud investigations under the jobseeker's allowance. [36600]

My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Education and Employment and I have agreed that, with the introduction of jobseeker's allowance, the work of fraud investigators in the Employment Service and the Benefits Agency will be brought together within the Benefits Agency, which is responsible for the financial aspects of the allowance.
