To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what estimate he has made of the value of the voucher for four-year-olds in Wales under the provision for regional variations in value. [35397]

The voucher will initially be worth £1,100. Further consideration will he given to the desirability of regional variations in its value in the light of experience.
