§ Mr. Oppenheim[holding answer 14 July 1995]: There are no mandatory UN resolutions covering the export of arms to Iran and Iraq during the period covered by the Scott inquiry. If the hon. Member has any information concerning a possible breach of export controls, he should inform my Department.
