§ Mr. David DavisThe 1994 amendment to the 1958 United Kingdom/United States mutual defence agreement was discussed during the debate on the Consolidated Fund Bill on 15 December. On 23 December there was an exchange of notes in Washington and the 1994 amendment entered into force.
