HC Deb 19 January 1995 vol 252 c598W
Mr. Bayley

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what categories of spouses and children of Overseas Development Administration officials travel(a) economy, (b) business or club class and (c) first class when their air travel is paid for by the ODA.

Mr. Goodlad

[holding answer 20 December 1994]: When a spouse and dependant children accompany an officer at public expense, air travel for leave purposes is normally economy class, holiday visit passages for children who remain at school in the United Kingdom are normally APEX class, and travel at the start and end of tours is normally business class.
