Mr. Foulkes

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what annual contribution was made, in each year since 1990, by Her Majesty's Government to the funds of the African development bank; how much any of these funds have been used to finance the RTZ mining project in Madagascar; what assessment he has made of the compatibility of this project with the development policies of Her Majesty's Government; and if he will make a statement.
