§ Mr. NorrisThe current chief executive of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency earned a non-consolidated performance bonus of £6,762 in recognition of the achievement of the agency's performance targets for the financial year 1993–94. This was in place of the normal84W personal performance pay award arrangements normally applicable to civil servants at the same grade. On 3 January he began a review of the traffic area network and his salary will be £54,118 per annum.
