asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they consider that the efforts of the Guarantor Powers will be sufficient to prevent further fighting between Peru and Colombia; and what reserve plans they have for achieving concerted international action.

We are unaware of any fighting between Peru and Colombia. A cease-fire in the border conflict between Peru and Ecuador was signed on 17 February, and despite some minor incidents appears to be holding.
