To ask the Secretary of State for Education what information she has as to budget deficits in Wycombe West school, Buckinghamshire; Langham secondary school, Haringey; King David's school, Manchester; Southridge first school, North Tyneside; and Bramingham JMI school, Bedfordshire; and under what provisions of their respective local authorities' schemes for local management of schools such deficits have been authorised.

At 31 March 1994, the budget deficits at the schools as recorded on the outturn statements produced by the respective local education authorities were as follows:
