§ Sir Hector MonroThe rate of remuneration for agricultural arbiters appointed by the Secretary of State is normally reviewed annually. The current hourly rate was set in August 1989 and stands at £42. There are no plans at present to adjust the rate.
Other costs are a matter for the arbiter and the parties concerned in the arbitration.
