To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what plans he has to move or to alter the library of the Transport Research Laboratory.

My right hon. Friend will be considering the future of the library at the Transport Research Laboratory with his financial and other advisers in preparing the transfer of the laboratory to the private sector.
