§ Mr. Robert B. JonesAs part of my Department's initiative, "Quality in Town and Country", we have launched a national urban design campaign to promote greater consideration of urban design at a local level. About 20 of the more promising proposals submitted under the campaign will receive modest financial support from my Department and will feature in a major exhibition next year. We hope to announce our selection of proposals early in the new year.
